They charged me $136 for regular trailer washout. Highway robbery. That’s ridiculous for 5 minutes wash and will never go there again in my life.

Great place. Lot is tight, a lot of drop trailers there. Got me in and out in about 2 hours! Will definitely visit them again!

Elijah, Josh, Lady in the Office … and one night shift tech… ~ Got here at night for a food grade wash (bay 7/8) ~ Dispatch didnt have me on the schedule. They thought I could just come in and get it washed. Night tech said to go to the front office in the a.m and check in. ~ Found a check in sheet in the office by the bays and filled that out. When 0730 rolled around and no call yet. I walked to that side office and seen Elijah. He said not a prob they can pull me in next. ~ 30 mins later, Elijah was helpful once again when he let me know he only does Cargill food grade chemical and Chemical wash outs and doesn’t want to give me the wrong wash ticket since I need mine for milk. So he let me know to go to the front office. ~ Lady in the office was sweet and she let me know that Josh in the office handles food grade. Spoke with Josh, Josh spoke with my dispatch to get the priors and which type of Kosher wash Type 3 or 5. Plus he gave me other guidance like to drop trailer across or close to bay 7,8 and to park truck on other side of building for an easy fast hook up as soon as its clean and about how long 1hr 15-30mins. **Check In Ticket in the bay office is more for drop offs and

This is a very unfriendly place. They must not treat their employees very well. I deal with food grade tanks. The day shift seems easier to talk to than the evening shift. You are out of luck if you have any questions in the early evening. I don't feel welcome here.
